You had deactivated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange of the Denali Exchange Data Feed on October 19, 2021. As such, you continued to get the data as long as you were on Package 11 through the end of the month. But, when the new month started on Monday, you no longer would receive the data since the exchange did not renew. In order to use the Trading Evaluator, you need to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
