Hi there. I updated my CQG data feed via AMP to get Level 2 for CME. But after 36 hours I still have only top of book. I checked with them and everything looks good at their end. I was charged already for it. So they referred me to SC. So here I am.... I use CQG with Login 'MCremers' and I use Denali (with CQG routing) with login 'MCremers418'. Please advise. Tnx Already.

The reason why you are not getting the Market Depth Data is because your primary source of data is us (our Denali Exchange Data Feed) and your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not setup to get Market Depth data.

Therefore, which data source do you want to use - CQG or Denali?

We certainly recommend the Denali feed, as you will have more historical data available and gives you tick-by-tick data in a high-quality low-latency data feed.

Whichever way you go, you will want to discontinue the use of the other data feed.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi Again. I connected my CQG with Jigsaw and I have Level 2. And with the same login I get no Level 2 in SC. I checked your selfhelp suggestions by opening up a market depth window and there is nothing coming in. Can you please help?! Can it be that AMP and/or CQG have to do something to clear SC as allowed software?.... Just give me what you see at your end please. Tnx.

Hi John. I wanted to have the two options separate from each other. This is why I am paying a second login fee at CQG. As I understood it; you are routing through CQG at the moment for AMP clients. I could be wrong. But I want to have a Denali feed with just Top of Book(Hence my upgrade to Package 11). And I want a CQG data feed with Level 2. And I thought that I could realize that for the same AMP account. Not asking for much... LOL. I could be totally wrong in even thinking about this possibility. So if this is impossible, Than I would like to stick with CQG for the moment. Only until AMP offers your direct routing for it's clients. Tell me what to do John.... Please!! LOL.

Do you have 2 different installations of Sierra Chart?

It is not possible to mix the two data feeds, if that is what you were trying to do. You either get the data from us, or you get the data from CQG, but it is an all-or-nothing situation, you get all the data from one or the other.

If you just have the one installation and you want to just stick with the CQG data, then you need to deactivate the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your account. To do this, refer to the instructions here:

Once that is complete, then you will be getting the data from CQG.
