The reason why you are not getting the Market Depth Data is because your primary source of data is us (our Denali Exchange Data Feed) and your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not setup to get Market Depth data. Therefore, which data source do you want to use - CQG or Denali? We certainly recommend the Denali feed, as you will have more historical data available and gives you tick-by-tick data in a high-quality low-latency data feed. Whichever way you go, you will want to discontinue the use of the other data feed.
