My SC account cannot show live Nasdaq Stock data

On my SC platform, all Nasdaq stock live market data cannot show (no live bars appear on the chart), but Futures and NYSE stock data can properly show live data. Please help to solve it. We are more surprised that you were able to get data for Facebook, then the issue with Apple. You are using Interactive Brokers and they have a complex system for defining symbols. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format For any help beyond the above, you will need to ask Interactive Brokers for how to setup the symbol.
