We are more surprised that you were able to get data for Facebook, then the issue with Apple. You are using Interactive Brokers and they have a complex system for defining symbols. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format For any help beyond the above, you will need to ask Interactive Brokers for how to setup the symbol.
