My issues happens while the charts are up and running....as well as on login. On login it will try to load....then say data feed is slow......it takes over my computer (Chat room sound disappears etc.) Then it kicks out my graphics card....and consolidates all info from 4 monitor system on to one monitor I have to close everything out restart computer, reset drivers in card...restart my computer then set everything up again. When this happens I end up not using SC for a couple of days then 2 days later it starts over again. Let say SC (on 1 Monitor only) is running fine. Then up out of blue....screen gets all goofy (Like when your TV is not getting a full signal) Then it kicks out graphic card and the process starts all over again I get my feed thru Infinitity/Transact..........they told me to contact you What do I need to do to fix this issue? |

It sounds like to us you need to get a more capable computer system or reduce what you are doing with Sierra Chart. Like reducing the number of charts. Or using multiple instances: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance This is going to be a system level issue you are experiencing. Not an issue with Sierra Chart itself. However, if you are using OpenGL, see if disabling that makes a difference: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
