It sounds like to us you need to get a more capable computer system or reduce what you are doing with Sierra Chart. Like reducing the number of charts. Or using multiple instances:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

This is going to be a system level issue you are experiencing. Not an issue with Sierra Chart itself.

However, if you are using OpenGL, see if disabling that makes a difference:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)
