I updated my password earlier today via the Sierra Chart website but getting following message in the message log in SierraChart: Sierra Chart Login | Invalid Account Name or Password. Make sure these are correctly entered. To reset your password, press the "Retrieve Lost Password" button on the Login window. | Restart Sierra Chart | 2021-10-06 14:25:06.161 * I am guessing I need to enter my new password somewhere in SierraChart. Can you please advise where in the platform I need to do that. Thanks |

When you first start Sierra Chart, there is a Login screen that comes up. It tries to automatically log you in. You should be getting that message when that window is displayed and it should not be letting you go past it. It is on that window that you need to enter your new password. Make sure to remove the old/existing password and enter the new password that you created.
