In order to get the CME Group Exchanges at the Non-Professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. The first step towards doing this is to specify your account FCM/Broker and account number in the Data Feed Agreement. You did not do this, therefore we can not mark you as a non-professional. If you have an account, then you need to redo your agreements and enter the FCM/Broker and account information. Let us know when you have done this and we will review and update your account so you can then move forward with finishing the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Hi there, do you need to connect to your broker to enable RT for Nasdaq stocks? How long does it take for the nasdaq declarations to be assessed by SC staff? The reason I ask is that I note that my Total View is activated but not my consolidated tape (yet) and wondering if this is why only a some nasdaq stocks are listed as visible to me in RT while others are delayed/historical OR if its because I need to connect to broker. ** CORRECTION: apologies, new user here. I was typing and searching for the symbol in the search bar thinking that it would search through and find the RT from NASDAQ TOTAL VIEW on its own, without realising that I need to specifically click on NASDAQ TOTAL VIEW first **
