In order to get the CME Group Exchanges at the Non-Professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. The first step towards doing this is to specify your account FCM/Broker and account number in the Data Feed Agreement. You did not do this, therefore we can not mark you as a non-professional. If you have an account, then you need to redo your agreements and enter the FCM/Broker and account information. Let us know when you have done this and we will review and update your account so you can then move forward with finishing the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup.
