Good day! I am NOT getting my data feed? Can you please activate my data? I am confused with what has happened Ever since I have been with SC I gave the same data package. I always paid on three months cycle. I made no changes where that is concern. I made a payment at the end of August that should take me into November. Last wee I was getting mixed messages from you on insufficient funds. Was there a change that I was NOT aware of. Winston Peak |

There are two separate timings for payments. There is the Sierra Chart Usage, which is the package that you use, which you pay for in 3 month increments, and for which you do not need to make another payment until April 13, 2022. The second is the data feed. This is due on the first day of each month. In your case, it is a total of $35.50 that is due on the first day of each month. This can not be paid up-front for multiple months, it is just charged on the first day of each month. You did not have enough funds in your account to renew the data feed. Please add funds to your account to have at least $35.50 in your account and we can then reactivate your data feed for you. I am sorry, this policy must be new I had always pay one fee that cover both or all situation for 90 days. Is this a new policy? Is this a new policy. Can you take payment for the $35.00 from the second quarter payment I made this morning and forward the balance to the package payment as account balance. This is NOT a new policy. It has always been this way, as the exchanges only bill on a monthly basis. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fees renew on the first day of each month. So you will need to have $35.50 in your account before the end of the current month (the actual renewal occurs just after midnight UTC time). We have gone ahead and renewed the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the U.S. Equities for you. The total in this case was only $32.50, as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is pro-rated and since today is the 5th day of the month there is a small discount ($22.00 instead of $25.00).
