There are two separate timings for payments. There is the Sierra Chart Usage, which is the package that you use, which you pay for in 3 month increments, and for which you do not need to make another payment until April 13, 2022. The second is the data feed. This is due on the first day of each month. In your case, it is a total of $35.50 that is due on the first day of each month. This can not be paid up-front for multiple months, it is just charged on the first day of each month. You did not have enough funds in your account to renew the data feed. Please add funds to your account to have at least $35.50 in your account and we can then reactivate your data feed for you.
