Hello,

I activated my Denali today, but I only get delayed data, why?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I have now opened an account with AMP. How can I connect this to my Sierra Chart? I only activated routing because I get the data feed via Denali. That means I am connecting "SC Dats - All Services" in the Sierra Chart correctly? Then how do I connect AMP?

And I still have a delay.

First, the issue with your data is because you have a mix of symbols in use. Open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update all the symbols to use what is appropriate for the Service you have selected at that time.

Second, in order to get connected to your account at AMP, follow these instructions:

If you are not going to stay connected to that account at all times, then follow these instructions as well:
