First, the issue with your data is because you have a mix of symbols in use. Open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update all the symbols to use what is appropriate for the Service you have selected at that time.

Second, in order to get connected to your account at AMP, follow these instructions:
