tooday i try to change to packge 11 ( from packge 5)....after i saw that not helping me, i go back to package 5...

your program took from me 46 dollar (for packge 11).
please refund my acount for this amount.

When you change your package you are not charged anything. Rather, we simply adjust the Usage Time End Date for the Service Package. The End Date will move in or out depending on whether the new package selection is more or less expensive than the previous one.

Therefore, there was never an additional $46.00 taken from your account from when you changed your package. You can view this by looking at the Transaction Log for your account which can be found as a link on the Main Account Control Panel that reads Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. Or you can select the following link and login to the website if needed:
