i don't understand, your answer!!! i ask about a payment your program took from me and you tell me about that u cannot provide me unlimited support ?!?!! * please check my acount, u need to give me back 46 dollar, for service i don't use. second: "And we have provided you extensive support at no additional cost, but that is a cost for us.
