i don't understand, your answer!!!
i ask about a payment your program took from me and you tell me about that u cannot provide me unlimited support ?!?!!

* please check my acount, u need to give me back 46 dollar, for service i don't use.

* i'm still waiting for answers for all the questions i asked days ago.

* i willing to pay extra money for getting "extensive support" (which answers all my questions) from your team every month.
