Reduce systems to 2 (from 3), and question about double $25 charges for Denali

I added Denali futures data (4 exchanges with market depth), and US equities. I chose package 11 which includes the Denali data feed. I am not sure why I have 3 systems instead of the standard (2). I usually use the 2 systems on 2 computers, and have the 2nd one connect to CQG data from AMP. Also, I am not sure if I understand the charges, but it seems that I have two $25 charges for Denali connections, in addition to the connection paid for as part of package 11. I understand that there is $31 for the futures exchanges and $10 for US equities data. Please review the subscriptions on my account, and let me know if there is a cheaper way to subscribe to these data choices. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-09-30 14:12:05

If you are referring to the line on the Account Control Panel that states: "x out of a total of 3 system(s) are currently being used." Then do not worry about this. We have changed the number of systems on which Sierra Chart can be running simultaneously from 2 to 3. If you are only using 2 of the 3 then there is nothing you need to worry about or change. I have two $25 charges for Denali connections
We do not know where you are seeing 2 $25.00 charges. You will have 1 $25.00 fee next month which is the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fee for 250 symbols. You only paid $14.00 this month (September) as you did not setup the data feed until September 15, therefore it was pro-rated for the remainder of the month. Keep in mind that this fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed is part of the packages, but it is separate for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which you need for the U.S. Equities at this time. You have everything setup properly for your account. You are not paying any more than you need to be.
