I am not sure why I have 3 systems instead of the standard (2). I usually use the 2 systems on 2 computers, and have the 2nd one connect to CQG data from AMP.
If you are referring to the line on the Account Control Panel that states: "x out of a total of 3 system(s) are currently being used." Then do not worry about this. We have changed the number of systems on which Sierra Chart can be running simultaneously from 2 to 3. If you are only using 2 of the 3 then there is nothing you need to worry about or change. I have two $25 charges for Denali connections
We do not know where you are seeing 2 $25.00 charges. You will have 1 $25.00 fee next month which is the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fee for 250 symbols. You only paid $14.00 this month (September) as you did not setup the data feed until September 15, therefore it was pro-rated for the remainder of the month. Keep in mind that this fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed is part of the packages, but it is separate for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which you need for the U.S. Equities at this time. You have everything setup properly for your account. You are not paying any more than you need to be.
