Problems with Rithmic Direct - DTC connection

Hello, unfortunately I can not connect to Rithmic Direct-DTC. I trade on AMP and would like to trade the MCL. I made the specifications in Data/Trade Service Settings exactly according to your specifications - unfortunately I do not get a connection - see attachment. Please ask for help. Thanks. There is some problem with that particular server choice. The first thing to do is to try a different server. Once you are connected and working, then you would need to ask Rithmic why there is an issue with that server.

Hello Sierra Chart Team, when connecting to Rithmic-server (Service List Rithmic Direct - DTC) I get the connection through the server Chicago Area - however for hours I am waiting for the historical data - "Waiting to Download Historical Data" - see screenshots. DOM is moving but there are no charts on the screen. With the other servers I get no connection at all. Can you please check this briefly - am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. Peter |

We cannot help with market data issues with Rithmic. Especially with historical data. You will solve this problem and immediately solve the problem, by using the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is only 10 USD per month more before discount and then about 3 USD a-month for the exchange fee.
