Hello Sierra Chart Team, when connecting to Rithmic-server (Service List Rithmic Direct - DTC) I get the connection through the server Chicago Area - however for hours I am waiting for the historical data - "Waiting to Download Historical Data" - see screenshots. DOM is moving but there are no charts on the screen. With the other servers I get no connection at all. Can you please check this briefly - am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. Peter
