Hi, are there still problems with rithmic? Just trying trial sierra (2310) and trial rithmic, if everything is alright and have these problems: - historical data just one year and it doesnt have correct bars (screenshot 1) Via quantower I can get data up to 2012 for example. - intraday data has a huge gap, I dont see data from at least 10 days back and just then data will appear. (screenshot 2) Via SC all data its alright and also tested rithmic trial on other platform and it was working fine too. Also it didnt load via rithmic data for a whole current day. - could all the above issues be caused by info I get in system notification message? (screenshot 3) I d gladly use denali but I need also options and possibility to use other platforms too like jigsaw, bookmap, quantower in a same way like rithmic (multiple platforms, one fee for datafeed service and exchange, not multiplied based on the amount of platforms). All in same trading account. I thought you was testing DTC rithmic but it doesnt work for me, any reason why? I dont wanna pay for platform, rithmic and suddenly find out it doesnt work and forced to fast look for other option. |

You need to use a Continuous Futures Contract chart to solve this: Continuous Futures Contract Charts 2. - intraday data has a huge gap, I dont see data from at least 10 days back and just then data will appear. (screenshot 2) Rithmic has limited historical data on the DTC connection. 1. Works properly now, how much historical data can I achieve with denali? 2. Is this solution right, do I get correct data DTCBridge does not start at the start of Sierra Chart ''I got a solution for that problem and denali feed isn't required. Right click on chart -> Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart. Then Delete and Download Data from Current Position to End. It will update some Days. If yes, please assist as I am not sure how to activate denali trial. Your website is very chaotic. b) Does your denali service cost more for professional traders or its still 10usd in this case? Wonder, I wanna participate in topstep trader or other funding service. Do you perhpas provide some benefits in price. I assume they ll provide me rithmic data and I ll need just sierra chart and that denali for 10usd and after I qualify will also pay for rithmic service and exchanges. c) Is there any higher discount for package 11 or 12 if I take subscribtion for a year or two perhaps? d) Please check screenshot 3, will that cause any problem with a platform if I ll not fix it? e) Not sure, but currently via rithmic we can use MBO, right? Why downloading historical data for intraday (30 days) takes forever? (screenshot 1) Currently wanna try this: ''I got a solution for that problem and denali feed isn't required. If I apply on intraday continuos contract - volume based it doesnt load anything. Isnt this weird, date range , where I cant rewrite up to what date I wanna load data, its set to 2021-09-10 (screenshot 2), in this case I ve loaded first historical chart with continuos vol based contract. I ve restarted platform and its set to 2021-09-15 now (screenshot 3) |

Seems like that solution works but why its not fixed, when you want money for it? :D This is quite a problem because that process has to be repeated several times and with bigger gap of data it ll take forever. Do not use Rithmic data! You will have problems. We will not help with Rithmic data. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed only: Denali Exchange Data Feed And the Denali data feed does integrate with Rithmic trading. And all of your questions about that data feed are on that page linked above. For now use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed as documented here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Do not involve Rithmic in this. You can then see how well Sierra Chart works using that data feed. Why dont you answer all my questions? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I trade also options and use bookmap, therefore rithmic is the best solution for multiple platforms regarding fees for exchanges, otherwise I d have to pay per platform. Are you suggesting me to pay for denali, exchanges and simultaneously for rithmic, exchanges? In other words double for exchange fee. Testing SC all data as suggested, thats denali, right? - historical data, since october 2018 (not much) - intraday loaded fine but I dont see any differences in data itself with rithmic. 1) I see futures options - CME in available symbols but how do I analyze it without proper tools? 2) Are these included in 10usd price for denali? Please mention those I ve missed.
