Hi, are there still problems with rithmic? Just trying trial sierra (2310) and trial rithmic, if everything is alright and have these problems: - historical data just one year and it doesnt have correct bars (screenshot 1) Via quantower I can get data up to 2012 for example. - intraday data has a huge gap, I dont see data from at least 10 days back and just then data will appear. (screenshot 2) Via SC all data its alright and also tested rithmic trial on other platform and it was working fine too. Also it didnt load via rithmic data for a whole current day. - could all the above issues be caused by info I get in system notification message? (screenshot 3) I d gladly use denali but I need also options and possibility to use other platforms too like jigsaw, bookmap, quantower in a same way like rithmic (multiple platforms, one fee for datafeed service and exchange, not multiplied based on the amount of platforms). All in same trading account. I thought you was testing DTC rithmic but it doesnt work for me, any reason why? I dont wanna pay for platform, rithmic and suddenly find out it doesnt work and forced to fast look for other option. |
