As of Sep 12th, 2021 5PM CST open time, the intraday was updating just fine as per usual for the first 30 minutes. Then now all of a sudden, it has not been updating for the past 10 minutes. Is the SC Data server currently down? I have never had this happen before, and no, I have not recently changed any connection data/trade settings.

ES, NQ, RTY - none have been updating since 15:30 to 15:47 CDT so far. Good to know that I'm not the only one.

I've also never seen this happen. A detailed explanation from support board would be helpful to determine the risks of this happening again and if anything can be done to prevent it on the user's end.

We do see an interruption from the CME to our Aurora server from US Eastern time 18:24 to 18:49 CME FIX | Channel 310 | CME Globex Equity Futures CME MDP feed.

The cause is unknown. We have not seen this before. So this is very unusual.

We have patched the missing data. Since we have the data on another server.

Follow the instructions here to download the missing data:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

We have to ask our infrastructure provider about this and they may have to ask the CME . We really do not know what has gone wrong.

We think what happened affected either the A or B feeds but not both. And on our second server we were using the other feed. So one would be using the A feeds and the other was using the B feeds.

Since a single channel went down there was not an automatic detection of this problem and a reconnect to the secondary feed either A or B.

There would only be a reconnect to the other set of feeds, if all channels go down which did not happen in this case.

Next time, just simply reconnect to the data feed to go to a different server since this only affected some of the servers and not all of them. Instructions:

Our best analysis at this point is this was a CME issue affecting channel 310 A feed.

CME FIX | Channel 310 | CME Globex Equity Futures   475963   28261

The line above indicates 28261 packets lost out of 475963 received.

FYI, in case it helps further with your problem analysis, I had already tried this at the time and it did not work either.

You may have had to connect more than once.

I had tried several times. Also tried shutting down the platform and restarting it. Nothing worked.
My TWS on the other hand, was working just fine.

Yes, I also disconnected and reconnected, exited and restarted a few times trying to get data working for Sunday night trading..... now working. CQG/Denali. MBO seemed intermittent but was not watching it as closely.

Regarding post #14 and #15, one of the servers definitely was providing data, and we made a configuration change to increase that to another server.

This is a very rare situation which we have not seen before.

The problem would seem to be related to this:
Please be advised that CME Group has completed scheduled network maintenance on the DC3 Aurora GLink environment.

Customers are encouraged to verify their GLink connectivity.

Please advise your help desks and network operations centers.
