The lack of historical data is an issue with Rithmic. The only solution is to use the Sierra Chart data feeds instead. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart With regards to low data volume, we need more information. Could this also be related to the fact that you are missing historical data for the time period you are reviewing? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I use volume bars on a daily chart, or even a weekly chart, but i cant see for example last weeks chart at all, i also use tpo charts i cant see anything historic - which is fundamental The reason i had to use rhythmic again like many is the funded programmes seem to favour it |

You do not need the Bridge files, you are using the new interface. There simply is not the historical data being made available in a way that we are able to get it into our system. As stated above, the only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but if you are wanting data from the CME Group, then you will need to have a live trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. To do this, we have the following solutions: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John, I tried changing the service to Rhythmic trading - rather then the DTC, and it seems to load the data, will have a look tomorrow when the market is open. What's the difference between the 2 services trading, and trading dtc? |

The newer direct DTC service, is the updated method for connectivity to Rithmic. The other one will be discontinued.
