The lack of historical data is an issue with Rithmic. The only solution is to use the Sierra Chart data feeds instead. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart With regards to low data volume, we need more information. Could this also be related to the fact that you are missing historical data for the time period you are reviewing?
