Hi - i purchased CQG CME Bundle and EUREX and set up the WEB API in Sierra - CME exchanges seem to work but cannot get the EUREX to work (get 'Historic Data only supported by Sierra', do i have to purchase Denali from you guys too? I have 9 days left on my current package/subscription, how do i update over to the Advanced Package? Thanks Frank. |

In order to get the EUREX data from another source (i.e. not from us), you need to be on Package 10 or higher. We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days, so you will now be able to get the EUREX data from CQG. Just be aware of the need to change your Service Package at the end of these 30 days (since you are on Package 5 now, you will need to be on Package 11). Thank you so much John, very helpful. I can see EUREX is working now, however CBOT seems to have been deactivated in the process, I can no longer get data for F.US.YMU21 under CBOT. Sorry to bother you on this, I may have missed something really obvious. Thanks, Frank. |

You should be getting that data from CQG as well. Get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. wow, thanks for fast reply John - really liking this platorm and support I have to say. I just went to follow your instructions there but all seems to be working now with CME and EUREX coming through perfectly. Thanks a mill! |
