In order to get the EUREX data from another source (i.e. not from us), you need to be on Package 10 or higher. We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days, so you will now be able to get the EUREX data from CQG. Just be aware of the need to change your Service Package at the end of these 30 days (since you are on Package 5 now, you will need to be on Package 11).
