Hello, as I pay for Sierra platform, Denali feed & exchanges directly, which are in credit and independent of my broker AMP, can you explain as to why I am unable to logon
and am receiving the following message...

'Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact
your FCM. Date-Time 2021-09-01 07:37:32

I am aware my broker account is below margin limit to trade, but still in the green and which I do not really use as am currently trading an evaluation account and using Sierra for charting
& Jigsaw for order entry. This has now prevented me from completing one of my trading days.

You need to contact your broker about this. That message is from them.

For now use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed for market data. Full instructions are here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions


When you follow those instructions, you will still have access to the real-time data, for most of September since you are paying the exchange fee and there has been a previous verification of a funded account.

I only use my broker to route orders, my account & the rest of my services are directly with Sierra, so why should my broker
be able to stop these services it doesn't make sense. I should still be able to access Denali data feed so that I can monitor the markets in real time. Thats what I am paying for.
That was the whole purpose of me switching form Amp Sierra account to Direct Sierra account as previously advised?

CQG /FCM do not control Denali do they ?

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services to use the data feed independent of a broker.
