Hello, as I pay for Sierra platform, Denali feed & exchanges directly, which are in credit and independent of my broker AMP, can you explain as to why I am unable to logon
and am receiving the following message...

'Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact
your FCM. Date-Time 2021-09-01 07:37:32

I am aware my broker account is below margin limit to trade, but still in the green and which I do not really use as am currently trading an evaluation account and using Sierra for charting
& Jigsaw for order entry. This has now prevented me from completing one of my trading days.
