Hi, For some reason, my data stopped loading during Globex last night. I'm getting a "cannot load historical Tick data; permission denied" error. Also, I haven't gotten any follow up on correcting the issue on my account that is listing me as a professional trader -- I am not. I've contacted my broker (EdgeClear) and have been told to contact you instead as it may be a renewal processing error. As far as I know, everything is paid for and I have everything set up for automatic payments every month. Please get back to me on this soon! |

Everything looks good regarding your Sierra Chart account from what we can see. We want you to restart Sierra Chart and then follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
