Hi,

For some reason, my data stopped loading during Globex last night. I'm getting a "cannot load historical Tick data; permission denied" error.

Also, I haven't gotten any follow up on correcting the issue on my account that is listing me as a professional trader -- I am not.

I've contacted my broker (EdgeClear) and have been told to contact you instead as it may be a renewal processing error. As far as I know, everything is paid for and I have everything set up for automatic payments every month. Please get back to me on this soon!
