Hello, I wanted to know what settings should be used if i do drawings on Friday or Sunday and i want them displayed on the next week? for example, if i do drawings on charts on Sunday (before the market opens) using lines and rectangles they get cut right on the Fridays close once i open charts on Monday. the only drawings that stay are the ones that are like a horizontal line or drawings or drawings on daily and 4h, but 1h and lower time frames get cut. can this be solved?

also wanted to know is it possible that for a certain time rectangle is drawn automatically in sierra charts? For example, I want the rectangle to be drawn on the first 30min of UK and NY session opening, till the end of the day for every day. (only the first 30min candle from the low to high!)

lastly, i see the posts in the support portal, but where i can see posts in the forum? i had one that i want to look at again.

We really are not understanding this. Unless a drawing is a Ray or an Extending Rectangle, it is not going to extend forward.

For example, I want the rectangle to be drawn on the first 30min of UK and NY session opening, till the end of the day for every day.
Refer to this study:

thank you for your reply.
i was thinking that if i do a rectangle from Friday till Tuesday (not extended) it will be cut on the Friday's close. the same goes to "horizontal line non-extended tool" i dont want that these are extended. i want them to be displayed as i draw them - sometimes its couple of days in front, but sometimes only one day. im speaking only about the event when a new weak appears. if i do from Monday till Friday then all works great. but it does not work if i do from Friday to upcoming weeks days. i hope you understood the question.
speaking about the study "High/Low for Time Period - Extended" i attach the image. i was not able to find the right settings so it appears as a rectangle.

We are not really fully understanding what you are trying to do and how you are doing it.

If you are drawing into the Forward Projection Area then what you are saying could make sense. The issue being that the times that are displayed in the Forward Projection Area are from the current date/time. Therefore, if you are drawing on a Friday and go into the Forward Projection Area by only going to the next day, then that would be Saturday, which will not have any trades and therefore will be removed when you look at the chart on Monday. You would have to ensure that you were drawing all the way forward to Monday. You would also have to ensure that you have those forward bars loaded, so you would need to set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Number of Forward Columns to a large enough number to get where you want to be. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Number of Forward Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Display Items menu)

The High/Low for Time Period can be filled, although it can not be shown as a rectangle with left and right edges. Refer to the following:
