Help me log in to the platform

Good afternoon. I haven't used the platform for a long time and my data is outdated for some reason. I have a real account with an AMP broker. I was told there that I would activate the package. I did it. But I had my doubts. The platform is not a ninja where it is very simplified and requires diligence so the question is : you will be able to understand that this is me and understand my broker that this is me. I have activated the services but I can't log in to the platform because there is no login and password. Can you explain how this will all work?

We are not sure what the exact problem is that you are having. If you are having trouble logging into your Sierra Chart software, then note that you logged into this support board and posted from your account, so you would just need to use that same Username and Password to log into your Sierra Chart software. If you are having a problem connecting to your AMP account, then most likely you are setup to use CQG with AMP. Thank you guys, you helped me faster than my broker. He doesn't want to help me yet. I went to the platform and opened the micro oil chart and there is such a problem loading only until August 19. There are no further downloads. Maybe this is due to the lack of connection to the broker
