We are not sure what the exact problem is that you are having.

If you are having trouble logging into your Sierra Chart software, then note that you logged into this support board and posted from your account, so you would just need to use that same Username and Password to log into your Sierra Chart software.

If you are having a problem connecting to your AMP account, then most likely you are setup to use CQG with AMP. If this is the case, then you will need to follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
