I have ATR 100 and ATR 300 on my charts, when i go back in charts to a date the ATR shows 0 or 1

How can i reflect the actual ATR for that point in time?

We are not sure exactly the situation you are trying to describe. The only thing we can think is that you are going back to a point prior to having enough bars in the chart for the ATR to calculate (i.e. 100 or 300 bars respectively). Keep in mind the ATR will not show a value until it gets to the number of bars specified in the study.
