I only have this problem with the EUREX symbols. All CME symbols using the same chartbook work properly. What could cause this problem? |

We really do not understand what you are trying to point out. The green writing is implying that there is no data for August 16, 2021, but we do not know what the time on that chart is or the time zone, so we really can not make any comments on what should or should not be there. As to the writing in red, we do not see any issue, or how you are concluding that the Monday is being included with the week. Do you have a study that is based on weeks displayed on there? If so, we would need to know which one and what line or item is related to it. It looks like you are using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you should have the data. Attach your Message Log to this thread by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Symbol is FDAXU21 i closed all chartbooks and opened a new intraday chart. All missing data got downloaded but there is no realtime update. After the download nothing happens anymore.
