Limited data showing on intraday chart

I have opened a new intraday chart (ES) and find that it will only show me bars from the time the chart was opened even though my chart settings call for 30 days of data and selects a date range beginning several months back. I have tried "delete all data and download", but same result. If it makes a difference, I'm using a rithmic connection with credentials supplied by Edgeclear. Can you make a suggestion? Thanks

We need to get some information from the Message Log. First thing we want you to do is to follow the instructions here to update to the latest prerelease (2298):

After the update follow the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

My broker is Edgeclear. Using the rithmic credentials they supplied, I am able to open an ES intraday chart, but only five days of data is provided. At this point, I'm inclined to switch to the Denali exchange data feed with Sierra chart order routing to Edgeclear. Would that be your suggestion?

Well you do already have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active. The next step is to make sure you are connecting to your live Rithmic account. Instructions:

When our direct CME order routing becomes available through Edge Clear we would recommend switching at that time, to that service.
