need to fix sierra chart install

I updated Sierra Chart but Microsoft had a one drive associated with it. Now I cannot access my trading accounts. Can I delete Sierra Chart and reinstall without having you reset trading rights. Nothing has changed there. Thanks Al |

We do not understand what you mean by "reset trading rights" or why you "cannot access my trading accounts". Updating Sierra Chart would not remove these. In looking at your account, it looks like you were setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, but it appears your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If you want to have access to your trading accounts that are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to have your Service set to SC/TT Futures Order Routing.
