We do not understand what you mean by "reset trading rights" or why you "cannot access my trading accounts". Updating Sierra Chart would not remove these.

In looking at your account, it looks like you were setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, but it appears your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If you want to have access to your trading accounts that are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to have your Service set to SC/TT Futures Order Routing. Refer to the Setup Instructions here:
