today I have no depth level for the R2000. Has been working fine previously. message log shows "requesting market depth for R2000.

Check the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Requested Market Depth to make sure it is set to the number of market depth levels that you require. If you change it, reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. Go to a chart or Trade DOM and select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see market depth for the symbol? Global settings set at 10. All other DOM depth of mkt work ok. Have been getting 5 levels on R2000 until yesterday now only one. I have tried resetting. When I open mkt depth window for R2000 there is only 1 level.

Please contact your broker about this and let them know that you are only getting one depth level for the R2000 .
