Check the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Requested Market Depth to make sure it is set to the number of market depth levels that you require.

If you change it, reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu.

Go to a chart or Trade DOM and select File >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see market depth for the symbol?
