Good morning, I am attempting to use the Daily OHLC study and cannot seem to find a way to get it to display on the main graph with the candlesticks. For what it is worth, I tried using VWAP and it will not display either. Updated to version 2292 this morning. Worked through most trouble shooting documents and posts in the support board to no avail. Please help, Thanks. First image is Region 1 without the OHLC lines graphed but showing correct values in Chart Values window. Second image is the Daily OHLC settings. Third image is Daily OHLC subgraph settings. |

Everything you are showing says that the lines should be displayed on the chart. We do see that it looks like you have something setup as a Color Background option. It's possible that the background coloring is being drawn over the Daily OHLC. Make sure the Daily OHLC is at the bottom of the list of studies to ensure that it is drawn last (on top of other studies). Hi John, Thanks for the fast reply. I reordered the Daily OHLC study from all the way to the top of the list down to the last item to be drawn. Still not visible. The only background coloring I have is from 0730 to 0732 on the 2 minute chart, and it functions correctly. No background coloring is performed outside of that time frame. |

Two other things we want you to try then. First, change the Width of the subgraphs to something larger (like 3 or 5) just to ensure that there is not an issue with a 1 width (we do not think so, but just want to make sure). The other thing to try is to hide all the other studies and just have the Daily OHLC left unhidden. Let us know if this works. Refer to the following: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Hide Study If it still does not show up, then we would need to get a copy of the chart in it's own Chartbook for us to take a look. Follow these instructions to get us the chart: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I tried changing the widths and hiding the other studies. Here is the chartbook attached. Thanks. |

You have your Main Price Graph scale set to Independent. Since the Daily OHLC is set to Same As Region, this caused a conflict with where to draw the Daily OHLC. You can change the Input on the Daily OHLC for Always use Same As Region for Scale Range and then change the scale to Automatic, and the lines will show up. But, where the lines are located is not going to be consistent with regards to the bars since the bars are set to Independent. You will probably need to change the bars to some other scale setting, and then you could leave the Daily OHLC as it is. Refer to the information at the following link regarding Scaling: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
