Everything you are showing says that the lines should be displayed on the chart. We do see that it looks like you have something setup as a Color Background option. It's possible that the background coloring is being drawn over the Daily OHLC. Make sure the Daily OHLC is at the bottom of the list of studies to ensure that it is drawn last (on top of other studies).
