Data/charts very weird

Hi, i opened my chartbook after the weekend and have had many problems, i think they could potentially be connected to data. when you look at my account, i havn't renewed my denali, this is because i am using another data service for the next couple of weeks called rithmic. whats happening: -im unable to load any data past the most recent candle, despite 40 days in chart settings. i have tried delete and download all data as well as updating sierra. -My dom market depth is now only 1 tick... 4 days ago it was unlimeted -my message log is going crazy, telling me that "#35 caught an unhandled exception... message:15...." Even though i have deleted chart 35 im very confused. would this all be resolved if i just payed for the denali data regardless? because im happy to do it. also, when did that data package expire. thank you |

With regards to the Market Depth, we recommend checking with your broker to ensure that you are signed up to get the Market Depth data from Rithmic. -my message log is going crazy, telling me that "#35 caught an unhandled exception... message:15...." There is something still not quite right. If you can copy that section of your Message Log we can help you a bit further. But it does sound like Chart #35 is still there. im very confused. would this all be resolved if i just payed for the denali data regardless? because im happy to do it. also, when did that data package expire.
Using the Denali Exchange Data Feed would definitely resolve your first two issues (Historical Data and Market Depth). The Denali exchange that you had selected did not renew on August 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time. The exchanges renew on the first of each month. To reactivate the exchange go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom and then select the button that states Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate. Make sure you have enough funds in your account to reactivate them.
