Can we open chart while selecting a Symbol on the Trade positions or trade orders window ?

The Trade Orders window allows you to select Orders >> Go to Chart. Otherwise, there is not an option to open a chart or go to a chart from these windows. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
