Is it possible to trade directly from the charts (Sierra charts) for Transact Trading clients?

Yes. Refer to: Overview of Trading Also check the settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings . There is a Transact specific setting related to connecting to the trading server. Make sure that is set so that Sierra Chart connects to the trading server. Reconnect to the data feed after changing that setting.
