Problems with connection live data

Hi I have in my office two PC with sierrachart running. The problem is, that only one PC is alowing me live-data. I paid even for a 3rd System but still doesnt work. THen i tried to change the port on one Sierrachart workstation but still doesnt work. It shows me the Volume to 0 for all symbols and they are not moving. So it works only on one simultaniously. Do you know what is the problem and how i can fix this? I send you the log for analysis Thank you |

Can you be sure that you are have completed the set-up instructions correctly on each computer / device? We don't see that you have gone through the set-up instructions. You currently have active the Denali Exchange Data Feed on your Sierra Chart account, please continue with step 8 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-19 18:59:29

We see that you are running Sierra Chart on 3 computers. You are only able to get real-time data on 2 of them at the same time. On the system that you would not need real-time data on make sure to disable the "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Sierra Chart Support |

Yeah but i need 3 Systems running on same time because i have two workstations in the office and one station at home. Did you restricted only for two? and if yes, is it possible to get 3 or more? |

Hi Ivan, to allow 3 systems would put you in the Professional category which would see your CME Real-time Data Exchanges fee go up by 10 times. Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) |
