Denali Feed Data Delayed Despite Connecting to Live Account

Hi, Brief inquiry in regards to using Denali Data in conjunction with CQG. I am an existing AMP customer with a funded account using CQG data as well as routing services. Additionally, I purchased the Denali Feed data, which states it is real time once I open Sierra Chart; however, upon connecting to the Denali Feed, the data is delayed for ten minutes. I have connected Sierra Chart to my live trading account on numerous occasions to no avail. The equities data stream is live. To rectify the issue, what would you advise? |

Your setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed looks good. It is definitely not an issue with the connection to your CQG account, as you are verified through July 30, 2021. We would need to see your Message Log. Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Forwarded the log; the issues arise on all CME, CBOT, CBOE, COMEX, NYMEX, and Eurex symbols.

The only symbols that will be real time for you is NYMEX symbols. The others will be delayed. Since that is the only exchange you have active.
