2 instances of Sierra Charts side by side on separate computers, 1 isn't updating..HELP

Need some help.. Thanks **Ahh, I see what's going on..I closed one of the instances and the one that wasn't functioning immediately resolved it's issue. So, I can now surmise that you're only able to have one instance of Sierra up regardless of whether or not it's on two different computers...hmm Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-12 13:54:39

Not exactly. You can have 2 separate computers running Sierra Chart at the same time. There is no problem there. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems The data feeds, on the other hand, have different rules due to the exchanges having different rules. In particular, the Denali Exchange Data Feed only allows for 2 connections from the same computer and only 1 computer connection at a time, unless you pay for an additional connection by paying for the exchange fee a second time.
