Is that text from a study or added with the TEXT drawing? If text drawing just right click and select hart Drawing Properties and go to Options. Not sure it can be modified from a study unless it can be changed within the study prpoerties.

It is selected via Global Settings - Tool Configs - Vertical Line config - Labels box Any ideas ?
